Paris June 12, 2023 - The 18th edition of the Moroccan real estate fair, SMAP Immo Paris, was undoubtedly a real success. For three days, from June 9 to 11, nearly 35,000 visitors came to the Parc des Expositions – Porte de Versailles in Paris to discover the investment opportunities offered by the real estate market in Morocco.
SMAP Immo has thus kept all its promises as the first and largest annual meeting of Moroccan real estate.
As such, it constitutes an ideal meeting space both for Moroccans from France and European visitors looking for investment opportunities in real estate as well as for developers keen to present their projects and their offers to a clientele of increasingly attracted by the promising potential of the Moroccan market.
Thus, hundreds of real estate projects in Morocco were exhibited during this 18th edition with offers in more than 60 cities throughout the Kingdom.
